Sync Records

Sync (VERY IMPORTANT STEP)

Make sure your mobil is set with a smooth internet connection that will provide great help for you auto synchronize visitor records to the cloud. If sync is succeeded, A synchronized record will display a [Sync] icon.

The [Sync] counter shows the number of synchronized records and the number of total records. If they are different, click the [Sync] button will synchronize your records to the cloud. This action requires Internet access. Always keep the number be the same to confirm all records are synchronized.

Please make sure all your visitor records have been synchronized before switch event.
